Dr. Janice L. Gerber attended the University of California, San Francisco, where she was awarded her Doctorate of Dental Surgery. She then completed a hospital-based pediatric dentistry residency program at the University of Nebraska Medical Center.
Dr. Gerber is committed to saying up-to-date with technology and other advancements in pediatric dentistry in order to offer the best care to her patients. Each year she completes numerous continuing education courses in general dentistry, as well as pediatric dental topics, including infection control, dental law, CPR, and updates in dentistry and pediatrics.
Dr. Gerber maintains active memberships in the American Society of Dentistry for Children and other professional organizations. She is also a board member of the Napa Solano Dental Society, where she has served as treasurer.
A California native, Dr. Gerber is from San Diego. Her husband of over 20 years, Bill, works with migratory birds and the couple shares their home with three cats. Some of Dr. Geber’s favorite times are spent taking long walks on the beach. She also likes baking and kayaking. Over the years she has supported many causes, including girls’ softball and ballet, as well as boys’ little league and football.
