Donna serves as our general anesthesia coordinator and facility manager, in addition to being an RDA. She meets with parents to discuss treatment options, including general anesthesia and IV sedation, makes and reviews treatment plans and financial responsibilities, and contacts hospitals and pediatricians to schedule cases.
Donna has a BA from CSU Sacramento and was trained at the Travis AFB dental clinic. She received her RDA license through the State of California, as well as her coronal polish and X-ray certifications. Donna joined our office in 1989. Since then, she has been a vital part of helping parents and patients understand the necessity of quality dental care.
Laurie works at the front desk as our receptionist, where she answers the phones, schedules appointments, addresses parents’ concerns, and answers insurance questions. She started in our office in 1992 as an assistant for Dr. Nutter until 2001. In 2014, she returned to work as a receptionist for Dr. Gerber. A self-proclaimed “people person,” Laurie enjoys spending her days chatting with patients and their families.
Laurie and her husband of 40 years, Steve, have two wonderful children, Matt and Heather, and five grandchildren. She enjoys working with her daughter with the children’s choir at her church called “Kidz Praise,” as well as doing crafts with her grandkids, traveling, eating, writing, and crocheting.
Cheryl is Dr. Nutter’s patient coordinator, which involves scheduling patients and coordinating insurance benefits. She has spent her entire dental career here, beginning in 2007. Cheryl is wonderful at helping new patients feel welcomed and at home, and loves keeping up with the lives of our current patients.
Cheryl’s free time is spent with her husband, two daughters, and dog.
Registered Dental Hygienist
Jennifer’s role includes providing cleanings, placing sealants, and educating kids on good oral hygiene. She began her career in sterilization, then started to assist Dr. Nutter, and eventually became an RDA. In 2010, she became a registered dental hygienist and graduated from Carrington College. While most hygienists get to work only with adults, Jennifer feels fortunate to assist kids and young teens in maintaining good oral hygiene. She appreciates the trust placed in her to provide great quality care to her patients.
Jennifer has a wonderful husband and two beautiful girls. They love hiking, riding bikes, and going to the movie theatre.
Registered Dental Assistants
Our dental assistants perform chairside assistance alongside our doctors in order to provide dental care to patients in a friendly environment. This includes taking X-rays, coronal polishing, and placing sealants.
Sandy is our lead RDA, having been with our office since 1995. Her extensive experience working with children ensures that all our young patients leave our office with a smile. She is a perfect example of how to ease children’s fears with laughter, caring, understanding, and compassion.
Sandy has been married for 39 years. She has two children. Her daughter Jennifer is a hygienist here and her son Dietrich is a firefighter/paramedic with the South San Francisco Fire Department. Sandy has seven amazing grandchildren as well. She enjoys running and being outside, and is a Disney fanatic! Her favorite is “Alice in Wonderland.”
Amanda has worked in the dental field for more than six years and joined our team in 2015. She’s great at working with kids and helping them feel comfortable during procedures. Amanda’s cheerful attitude has made her an invaluable part of our dental family.
Amanda is newly married and loves spending time with her friends and family. In her spare time, she enjoys the outdoors with her American bulldog Nitro and horse Romeo.
Amalia began her career in dentistry in 1999 and joined Rolling Hills Pediatric Dentistry in 2001. She has a passion for working with children and helping them have a positive experience while at the dentist’s office.
Amalia spends her time outside the office with her husband, two children, and two dogs.
Ashley joined our office in 2017 after graduating from Carrington College in 2015. She is great at interacting with patients, as well as providing them with education and making them feel comfortable. She has a friendly, down-to-earth attitude, and cares about each individual patient’s well-being.
Ashley’s favorite hobby is traveling.
Dallas joined our team in 2014. She attended Blake Austin and has always worked in pediatric dentistry. Although Dallas enjoys working with kids of all ages, she has a special fondness for the youngest of our patients. She loves babies!
In her free time, Dallas plays the guitar and sings at weddings.
Tania attended Sacramento City College and joined Rolling Hills in 2001. She loves making our patients’ experience at the dentist wonderful and positive. Plus, she gets to watch Disney movies all day! Tania appreciates that our doctors take the time to invest in continuing education and keep up to date with modern dentistry.
Tania is married to her childhood sweetheart. They have two daughters and one son: one junior high student, a high school student, and a college student. Their family lives in the local community and is involved in volunteer work. They also love being outdoors and everything Disney!
Brittani graduated from Blake Austin College’s dental program and joined the Rolling Hills team in 2015. She is great at helping children feel comfortable at the dentist and having them leave happy and excited to come back their next visit. Brittani appreciates working with such a fun team and looks forward to coming to work each day.
Brittani has a five-year-old daughter and is expecting her second child. She loves being outdoors with family, from camping to the beach and snow.
Nicole began her dental career in sterilization then trained to be an assistant. She loves getting to know her patients and their families. Ensuring patient comfort and care is the most important aspect of her work, and she strives to make sure they are smiling at the end of a visit.
Nicole has been married for 15 years with four children and one grandchild. In her spare time, she loves being with friends and family.
